Our goal is to help you and your dog learn in a fun, supportive atmosphere with minimal distraction, thus enabling you to focus on your dog. Your and your dog’s well-being are top priorities; these rules will help us enjoy our training time.
Clean up after your dog: To keep our environment free from harmful bacteria and parasites, all poop *must* be picked up. For accidents inside, there is a clean-up bucket with needed supplies. All bags must be deposited in the blue bucket outside. You do not need permission to take your dog outside for a potty break during class, Indoor accidents are fined $20.
Dog Health: The training building and surrounding areas are regularly disinfected, and no “community” drinking stations are available. Please note that your dog MUST be up-to-date on core vaccines. If you pull antibody titers instead of annual vaccinations, great! All vaccination/titer records will be requested after enrollment. If your dog displays any symptoms of being ill (coughing, nasal/eye discharge, loose stool), DO NOT bring your dog to class.
Missed Classes: There are no make-ups for missed classes. You can schedule a 30-minute private lesson for $40 if you miss a class.
No Smoking: No smoking (including e-cigarettes) is permitted on High IQ K9 property.
